A: Scheduling for training with e-Fusion Computer Learning Centers is "hassle-free"! We offer more classes with more start times than any other training center. If you cannot find a schedule that suits your needs, request a private schedule.
Q: Do you work with the Dislocated Worker Programs?
A: YES! Annie Horovitz has over 11 years experience specific to the dislocated worker programs. This organization started after a lay-off and the majority of our staff have been laid-off. We know what it feels like during this time of transition and provide an atmosphere that helps you to not only impact your marketability, but feel better about yourself.
Q: I am not the typical age of a student. Will I fit in at e-Fusion Computer Learning Centers?
A: Students at e-Fusion Computer Learning vary in age. Most students are adults who have worked in a variety of jobs and need to find a new or better career. e-Fusion Computer Learning also has students who come to our facility directly from high school. Students at this stage vary in age but share many common interests and a good aptitude for computer education.
Q: What if I need more time to complete the course than the published time frame?
A: The beauty of our adult learning methodologies allows you to learn in your time frame and at your level. Check out our extended hours option.
Q: What if I need more assistance than most to complete the course?
A: We are a popular choice with adult learners because we do "not" subject you to the all-day…one day or full week CRAM session where you are forced to memorize new information. Instead, we focus on building familiarity and comfort by providing a flexible, inviting atmosphere that maintains the interest and focus of our adult students. Our hands-on individualized approach to instruction and customer care provides the "extra" you need to be successful. For those who prefer tutoring, we have private tutoring, coaching and mentoring sessions available.
Q: Do classes really never cancel, ever?
A: That's right, they "never" cancel! Once you are registered for a class, you are guaranteed that the course WILL NOT cancel. That is why we are a top vendor for corporate clients! Avoid the hassle other technology training centers put you through when their classes do "not" meet their minimum requirements.
Q: Do you really offer all of those classes…all of the times I've seen posted on Microsoft's site?
A: YES! Again, we offer more classes than any other technology training center. Our classes are small and once a student is registered for a class, we never cancel and always hold our published public schedule of classes.
Q: Can you help me choose classes that would impact my marketability?
A: YES! Meet with Annie Horovitz, she has worked closely with adults since the mid 80's and has a strong dedication to making sure you are aware of your options so you can design a plan specific to your needs and interests while meeting market demand. Call 952-831-2960 today to set up a tour and a complimentary training assessment.
Q: Can I learn from home or off-site?
A: YES! Distance Learning or at home learning is specialty for us. We can make it easy for you to learn from home, without compromising the outcome of your time investment.
Q: Is your training cd-rom based or on-line training?
A: NO! When you work with e-Fusion Computer Learning Centers…you work with the "actual" software or technology you are learning. You do "not" want to learn in a simulated environment that disallows you to benefit from making mistakes. Learning how to trouble-shoot and problem solve is half the "battle" with computers.
Q: After taking classes at e-Fusion Computer Learning Centers, if I have a question or do not feel comfortable, can you help me?
A: Absolutely! What makes us special is that we sincerely care about you using your new skills after you've invested your time and energy. You can phone us, schedule for sessions or email us with your support questions
